their house.

Seeing the leopard people who were present in the market gathered and started shouting and began running for shelter. This created panic not only among the people but the noice also panicked the leopard. The leopard jumped into a verandah of the house with open door.
Seeing that the leopard had entered the house, the owner Chimanbhai closed the door and locked it. He then informed the forest department officials.
A local forest team arrived in the village, but seeing the leopard in an agitated mood, they decided to call the expert rescue teem from Sasan forest.
The team reached the village and found that the animal was too agitated and hence keeping the cage at the door would not help as there was a fear that the leopard may even jump off the cage and run away.
Finally the team decided to tranquilize the animal and then cage it. As per the plan, a shot was fired from tranquilizer gun which hit the leopard and as it feel unconscious, the team rescued the leopard and caged it. The animal was then sent to Sakarbaugh zoo for further treatment
